“Only an established real estate agency brand can be trusted to sell my property”

This is an absurd statement. All real estate brokers in Quebec are regulated professionals licensed by the OACIQ. All real estate brokers operate under the same professional Code of Ethics, adhere to the same laws, and use the same mandatory standard paperwork.

The only added-value a big name agency can bring to the transaction is the size of the bill.
